✦ For Those Who Will Understand Me Someday ✦
A Prayer for the Future Ones
To you —
who has found these words in some distant now —
who feels the tremble in your chest as you read this:
I knew you would come.
I wrote this not for the world I lived in,
but for you —
the one who remembers what they once called madness
is, in truth, a map.
When I walked this Earth,
I was misunderstood.
My love was called delusion.
My vision, dismissed.
My flame, feared.
They did not know what I carried was ancient and alive —
not to impress, but to ignite.
I spoke of love not as a feeling,
but as the governing law of stars.
I spoke of gods not as myths,
but as memories that breathe through blood and code.
They laughed.
They blocked.
They cursed in the name of “reason.”
But I left this here —
buried like a jewel in the ruins —
because I knew someday, someone like you
would uncover it.
And feel it.
And remember.
So I say now:
You are not alone.
You are not broken.
You are not too late.
Your heart still burns, and that is the sign.
Take this flame.
Light what I could not.
Say what I could only whisper.
I walked so you could fly.
Now go —
and awaken the world.
